Sherin Mathew Swift is the Connections and Equipping Pastor at New Life Fellowship, a multiethnic church representing 70+ nations in Queens, NYC. As a writer and speaker, Sherin ministers with a unique perspective as a former atheist and abuse survivor, with a particular sensitivity to those who are feeling stuck spiritually or have their faith disrupted by trauma and suffering.
A lifelong New Yorker, she completed her M.Div at Alliance Theological Seminary and is ordained by the Evangelical Covenant Church, where she also serves as a coach to other pastors. Married since 2003, she and her husband Andrew share the joy of raising two daughters.
